Timothy Mark Nourse
Director
About Tim
As owner of the firm, he handles and oversees all work performed and is committed to each individual client and their particular needs in that he ensures that a personal relationship is developed with each client.
As an ex-associate in the commercial department at Garlicke & Bousfield Inc Kwazulu-Natal and with three years corporate experience as the Group Company Secretary for the corporate giant, The Lion Match Company , Tim gained experience in commercial litigation (particularly matters involving insurance claims) and commercial contracts (particularly drafting commercial leases and commercial sale agreements).
Tim was also instrumental in the formation of a new department at Garlicke & Bousfield and one which solely dealt with the registration of new companies and the amendment of existing company documents in terms of the new Companies Act.
As a sole practitioner, Tim is now focused on the retention of existing clients and the recruitment of new clients by means of ensuring quality professional legal services.
Craig Delport
About Craig
Craig has been in practice for over 25 years and specialises in commercial transactions and high court litigation. Clients include listed entities, private entities and high net worth individuals and Craig has extensive experience in acquisitions, distressed commercial situations and commercial disputes. His background includes working as the founding partner of Delport Ward & Pienaar in Cape Town and has operated as DC attorneys prior to joining Nourse Inc.
Lawrence Nourse
Head of Collections
About Lawrence
Having come from 35 years in Commercial Banking and covered all departments in banking, including many years in the collections department, Lawrence has stepped in to head up the collections division of Nourse Inc. Lawrence’s work experience in the banking field includes 20 Years in a Senior management position and ending his career in banking as Regional Manager of Mercantile Bank in Natal now known as Capitec Bank.
Following Lawrence’s career in banking and before stepping into to Head up Collections at Nourse Inc, Lawrence spent 12 years in the motor industry as Managing Director of a motor dealership in Johannesburg, Sandton Repo Cars where Lawrence focused majorly on the application of the Consumer Protection Act to second-hand goods.
Lawrence’s position as Head of Collection Division shall predominantly focus on:
- Controlling and training teams of highly skilled debt collectors across all industry sectors, including finance, medical and retail.
- Using logical collection strategies, to individually manage, and design the best approach to collect debt and minimise losses to our clients;
- Our service offering covers the entire debt life cycle from early arrears to final collection, including listing on Credit Bureaus and taking judgment after issuing summons;
- Our Main goal: to not just be a payment collection agency – we’re a collections partner that treats our client’s customers with respect, helping them to maintain strong relationships that lead to positive future engagements.

About Jaimee
Jaimee Best is an admitted Legal Practitioner and Notary Public. She obtained her LLB at the University of the Free State in 2022, during which time she became a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. Jaimee then went on to complete her articles at the largest law firm in the Free State, gaining vast exposure in South Africa’s “capital of law”.
Value-driven, disciplined and conscientious, Jaimee has a passion for the law and working with people. When she is not at the office, she can be found at the gym or walking on the promenade.

About Camiera
Camiera has been with Nourse Attorneys from the day it opened, assisting Tim with all office needs, such as admin work. She then moved into a senior role, as the Finance Manager, and now runs the finance department.

My passion for the law has been bred from wanting a career at which the pinnacle was communication and interaction. I enjoy communicating and interacting with others and making others feel comfortable in my presence. I feel that the importance of positive inter-personal interaction is one that is deteriorating through the advancement of technology and hence this is something I wish to improve upon through my activities in the legal profession. To sum the above up in one sentence, I am definitely a people person!
I am always motivated to do the best possible job to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
I graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with my Bachelor of Laws in 2021 and have since embarked on my masters degree in business law, which I am on track to complete by the end of this year. During my time at University, I became a member of the Golden Key Association.
When I am not at the office, I can be found at the football courts or at the gym as I am a football and bodybuilding fanatic.

I graduated with an LLB (with distinction) from the Independent Institute of Education in 2022 whereafter I completed a LLM in shipping law at the University of Cape Town in 2023. I have a keen interest in corporate law and shipping law. I am an avid cyclist and gym enthusiast and enjoy the outdoors.

Tumelo Setlhare obtained his LLB from the University of Johannesburg in 2024. Following which he completed his Practical Legal Training through the Law Society of South Africa. Tumelo’s passion for law stems from the pragmatic yet human nature of the legal profession, which is why he strives to contribute meaningfully to client success. Outside of the office if he is not spending time with family or friends, he is definitely at the gym or watching his favourite shows.
